Free 2 Fly’s 4th Annual Fundraising Event, ‘bird & barn’- Thursday, October 26th, 2017 – 10 am- 8pm!

We are so excited about our 4th annual fundraising event ‘bird and barn’! We look forward to this event each year because we get to showcase talented local artisans while also raising money for our organization. We had 26 amazing vendors last year, and we plan to have 30 this year. If you are interested in becoming a vendor for this year’s event, see the information below.

For previous vendors- 1st cycle:

4-28-17 Applications go out to previous vendors from 2016 event

4-30-17 Applications for previous vendors are DUE

5-11-17 Free2Fly will contact previous vendors regarding their applications

5-12-17 Previous vendors who are selected by bird & barn committee  – Deposits are DUE

For new vendors- 2nd cycle:

5-15-17 Applications are open to the public to apply for remaining booth slots

5-31-17 Applications are DUE for review

6-30-17 Free2Fly will contact applicants regarding application

7-1-17 Selected applications by bird & barn committee – Deposits are DUE

Our 3rd Annual Fundraising event, ‘bird & barn’ was so much more than what we could have dreamed of and we just want to thank YOU for making it so incredible.  Whether you were a vendor, a volunteer, or an attendee, you played a huge part in making it such a huge success for us!  We filled the gorgeous Black Fox Barn with 26 unique booths, and no two booths were alike.  We strive to find a big variety of items, and we were so pleased with what all vendors had to offer this year.  We not only filled the top floor of the barn this year, but also used the bottom floor of the barn to showcase our participant’s offerings. Spill the Beans coffee truck, The Cake Nest, and BBQ catered by ‘Smoked’ offered a delicious food & drink selection for all our attendees to enjoy as well.

We are so thrilled that over 1,200 people attended!  Such an honor to welcome so many people to our hometown and to the gorgeous farm we all love so much.
