We have a position open for our Director of Program and Client Services. This position works directly with the women in our program in goal setting, mentorship, and enrichment. Full Time- Pay range $28,665- $32,760 with eligibility for PTO after one year. No additional benefits.

Job Responsibilities

CLIENT SERVICES

  • Onboarding : Oversee application, interview, and onboarding processes for Free 2 Fly's program participants
  • Client Coaching : Conduct individual, weekly check-ins with each program participant to identify and evaluate needs, goals, and program progress. Provide guidance for program participants to self-identify necessary goals, and identify goals for them when self-identification does not occur (ex. Re-obtaining a driver’s license is necessary but may not be immediately self-identified as a goal. A program progress tracker is used as a general guide.) 
  • Client Evaluations : Carry out an assessment of each woman at each phase transition alongside the Creative Director. A program progress tracker is used, as well as evaluation of the participant’s general standing in all facets of the program. 
  • Case Management : Research and familiarize yourself with all community resources available to our women i.e SNAP benefits, housing, medical care, career training opportunities, etc. Also connect with local support groups women's church groups that will fit their unique age and stage of life. Examples include Recovery Alive, Celebrate Recovery, Bible Studies, etc. Connect program participants to these resources. 
  • Records and Documentation : Keep updated records for each program participant including but not limited to the following: start dates, identification information, W-9 forms, relevant insurance information, relevant financial information, medical prescriptions, identified program goals, progress updates, etc)
  • Policy Enforcement : Enforce accountability for program participants to ensure that progress continues and goals are being achieved in a timely manner according to each individual participant’s capacity. This includes administration of Free 2 Fly’s program disciplinary policies which include a warning system, probation, and potential dismissal.
  • Enrichment Coordination : Coordinate and plan all  enrichment programming. This includes weekly classes (usually series)  that the women participate in. Thus, responsibilities include developing, purchasing or finding a sponsor for the material for each class. May include teaching as well. Meet with and communicate with enrichment class teachers and oversee class schedules.
  • Counseling Coordination : Oversee Free 2 Fly’s partnerships with 3rd party clinical counseling services, and match program participants to specific counselors. 
  • Occasional On-Call Availability : Occasionally, participants will need support outside of business hours. (ex. advocating for participants by attending a court date with them)

COMMUNITY COLLABORATION

  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships : Meet with and maintain good relationships with our community partners and referring organizations. Expand our community partnerships and collaborations with other organizations and nonprofits.
  • Coordination and Expansion of Church Partnerships : Plan and coordinate Chapel services that are held once a month. Help build our community and church sponsorships through Pastor lunch & learns, Pastor-led chapels, women from local churches leading bible studies, designated serve days with churches, etc.
  • Volunteer Coordination : Oversee Volunteer applications and collaborate with other staff to plug volunteers into the areas of organization that could use their time and help.

PROGRAM EXPANSION AND GROWTH

As an organization, we desire to continue our work and enrichment programming, as well as find new ways and opportunities to expand the number of women we are able to impact. Using our enrichment programming, the Director will continue to network within our community and with other organizations to determine how we can use the curriculum and program we have established to expand our reach and work of supporting, nurturing and empowering women in our community. 

  • Development and Expansion : Develop additional ways our organization can expand our reach and impact in our community by using the tools we have already established. 
  • Client - Focused Program Measurement : Continue to develop and improve upon current program measurement practices. Collect data of organization's work in the community- measures and outcomes of program impact for women in our community.
  • Impact Growth : Develop ways Free 2 Fly can grow their impact in the community according to the development measures.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Staff Meetings : Attend weekly staff meetings.
  • Social Media Collaboration : Be a part of a rotation with staff members to help cover social media postings on weekends (Content is already created, job is just to post & filter questions from supporters) and potentially one day per work week. 
  • Morning Devotions and Prayer : Lead morning prayer and devotion to begin workday with staff and women.
  • Birthday and Holiday Celebrations : Organize quarterly birthday celebrations (using volunteers and sponsors to help)
  • Fundraising : Participate in raising funds/sponsorships for our organization (ALLELO, bird & bard, Fly Night, etc...).
  • Program Budget : Work with the CEO on the program budget and use of resources for women in our program and community.
  • Occasional Markets and Events : Participate in scheduled markets or informational events representing the organization that may fall outside of normal office hours.

Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree (Social Work, Ministry or Counseling Preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in ministry or nonprofit sector
  • Familiarity with local community and other non-profit organizations within our community
  • Experience working with individuals from various backgrounds
  • Understanding of the mission and purpose behind Free 2 Fly
