Free 2 Fly exists to serve women in our community who are seeking a better life. These women have already taken steps toward a better life by completing a rehabilitation program or have connected with other resources here in Cleveland, TN and the surrounding areas that have helped take their first step.

Free 2 Fly provides a safe and supportive environment. Here at Free 2 Fly we believe the biggest and most transformational growth occurs in community.
Free 2 Fly is a powerful community of women supporting and walking alongside other women. This is the foundation for our program structure. We believe that each person is a beautiful creation of God who has a need to be loved and valued. When we are loved and begin to understand our value, it is then that we can begin growing and fulfilling every purpose that we were put on earth to fulfill.

Within this community, all women in our program will be treated with respect, fairness, and dignity. They will be provided work that will allow them to make an income. They will be provided with counseling services, life coaching, enrichment classes, a mentor, be connected with other community resources, have the ability to make up missed days due to illness or family emergencies, request help for needs, and be able to adjust their work schedule to help them reach their individual goals. 

Project Free 2 Fly is a 501(c)3 organization. While our products offset some of the cost of our programs, we rely on generous donations of time, money, resources and influence to support our organization. Thank you for your support of Project Free 2 Fly. SUPPORT. We support women by teaching them the skill of sewing. Our products are handmade by the women in our program- and the profits are given back to them.

NURTURE. We nurture women by connecting them to mentors who not only teach them how to sew, but also invest in them. Working together, we establish goals for the future and take action. In addition, we connect them to resources such as personal, career and financial counseling.

EMPOWER. We empower women by equipping them with the realization that they can be successful.
