Participants in our program are more than just learners; they are resilient individuals making hard choices to shape brighter futures. We’re incredibly proud of their tenacity and the bravery it takes to leave the past behind. Our community supports them through mentorship, life enrichment courses, and personal goal-setting meetings, equipping them with essential skills such as accountability, conflict resolution, and prioritization.

Inside Our Workspace
Our program is designed to foster personal and professional growth. We offer opportunities where women earn hourly wages while learning the valuable skill of sewing and producing our unique line of products.
Within the workspace they develop foundational work ethics such as accountability, prioritization, conflict resolution, and community building. These experiences prepare them for a confident re-entry into the workforce.
Enrichment Courses
Our enrichment courses adopt a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body, and soul. Weekly counseling sessions and check-ins support mental health, while health and wellness goals promote physical well-being. For the soul, we provide resources focused on financial literacy, emotional intelligence, and faith-based support
Support
We support women by teaching them the skill of sewing. Our products are handmade by the women in our program- and the profits are given back to them. They are able to financially contribute to their families while working on short-term and long-term goals that will change the course of their future.
Nurture
We nurture women by connecting them to mentors who not only teach them how to sew, but also invest in them. Working together, we establish goals for the future and take action. In addition, we connect them to resources such as personal, career and financial counseling.
Empower
We empower women by equipping them with the realization that they can be successful. Upon exiting our program, women have the foundations and tools needed for long-term success and sustainability in the workforce and community.
