Our genuine leathers come from distressed hides that will have some imperfections such as scratches, brands and/or small dark spots. This is simply how our leathers come. It will naturally scratch and crease, developing a vintage-looking patina over time.  We love the distressed quality of our leathers and how they wear in beautifully over time, and we hope you will too! Color may vary significantly from hide to hide. Because of this, we will not accept any exchanges or returns if you receive your leather bag and it contains any of these marks. Caring for your leather is so important! We advise getting your genuine leather bags or wallets conditioned once a month for best results. The conditioner protects against water, dirt, and keeps it looking and feeling like new!

We offer a leather conditioning service in our storefront. Drop off your Free 2 Fly genuine leather product and we will condition it for $10. *One week turn around.
