As we reflect on 2025, we are deeply grateful for a year marked by growth, resilience, and transformation at Free 2 Fly. Together, we celebrated meaningful milestones — not just for our organization, but for the women courageously building stable, sustainable futures through our program.

This year, we proudly celebrated three program graduates, with a fourth preparing to graduate at the start of the new year. Each woman has secured full-time employment and is stepping confidently into the life she worked so hard to build. One graduate described her experience at Free 2 Fly in a single word: transformational.

We also celebrated powerful full-circle moments — including welcoming Renee’, a 2024 graduate, back to Free 2 Fly as a Sewing Assistant. In November, Renee’ reached another milestone, receiving the keys to her first home through our partnership with Habitat for Humanity — a reminder of what’s possible when women are supported, equipped, and believed in.

In 2025, our impact expanded beyond Cleveland as we were honored to participate in Chip and Joanna Gaines' annual Silobration in Waco, Texas, sharing our handcrafted products and mission with more than 30,000 attendees. This opportunity broadened awareness, strengthened partnerships, and opened doors for future growth.

We also laid a foundation for the future with the establishment of the Free 2 Fly Endowment Fund, ensuring long-term sustainability so that women can continue to find hope, opportunity, and support for generations to come.
