Need some ideas for summer fun? Below are some of our favorite ideas for long, hot summer days:

- Pack a picnic, and spend the day beside a pool or lake. 

- Take a rafting trip down the Ocoee River.

- Spend the afternoon in downtown Chattanooga at Coolidge Park (take advantage of the fountains and indoor carousel), and then head up to Frazier Ave. for ice cream!

- Purchase a few cheap water toys and make your yard its own little waterpark.

- Ride bikes down the Greenway and stop for snow cones or another cold treat along the way.

- Take a hike to a local waterfall, and then go swimming in it!
